All international and custom orders are considered FINAL SALE. We cannot accept jewellery that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged. Make sure you choose carefully and know your size. This policy also applies to custom orders, including items with personalization or rings that are not of standard size.
For repair inquiries, please contact us at enquiries@cheinrichdiamonds.com. Include details of the item in need of repair, the necessary repairs, information from the original sales invoice, and your contact information.
